FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I start the adoption process?
Once you find a pup you are interested in, go to the Adoption Form in the Main Menu.
Is there a donation involved to adopt?
All of our dogs are fully vaccinated, spayed or neutered and microchipped. We ask for a $400 donation or $500 for puppies (non-refundable) at the time of adoption so we can save other dogs. Cat adoption is $200.
How do I become a volunteer?
We are in desperate need for volunteers and fosters to help us rescue dogs that are about to be euthanized. We offer many ways to be involved. You can work an adoption event, walk dogs, transport dogs from the shelter to freedom, give a dog a ride to the vet, and help us fundraise, write grant proposals, or take pictures. You do not need to be 18 to volunteer. You can start HERE!
Do you offer dog training?
Yes, if you need help with your pup, we offer dog behavior training. We will help you resolve just about any issue your pal might have from basic obedience to fear aggression. Check out our PROGRAM HERE.
Can you re-home my pup?
Maybe—it depends on our current status and whether we have an available foster. You can inquire HERE.
